24/02/07 Maggie's Centres Kendo Workshop

We have now achieved the workshop on 24th Feb without any major injuries and would like to thank all of you who sponsored and supported the event.
We have collected £620 via online and £308.83 by cheque and cash. Including the gift aid scheme, which adds 28% to the total that we have collected £1152.54!

The below names listed made 21,126 cuts in an overall total by doing 1006 kirikaeshi, this means a great deal to us as much as the collected donation means to the Maggie's centres, which has now exceeded double of our target.

The online site will continue to collect until 24th April so if you haven't made a donation and would like to do so please visit the link below.

I would like to organise this event again next year at a different venue perhaps in London to celebrate their new building now being built at the Charing Cross Hospital. If you would like to join us please contact me.
