Summer Iai/Jodo Seminar 2007

IAIDO SEMINAR 12th -14th August
The Iaido seminar will commence on Sunday the 12th August finishing with the grading on Tuesday 14th up to and including 5th Dan. The teaching will be led by:-
KISHIMOTO Sensei Iai Hachidan Hanshi. Jodo Nanadan Kyoshi
ISHIDO Sensei Iai Hachidan Hanshi. Jodo Hachidan Kyoshi
MORITA Sensei Iai Hachidan Kyoshi
OSHITA Sensei Iai Nanadan Kyoshi
OTAKI Sensei Iai Nanadan Kyoshi. Jodo Hachidan Kyoshi
SHOJI Sensei Iai Nanadan Kyoshi. Jodo Nanadan Kyoshi
On Wednesday Thursday and Friday an Iaido Koryu seminar will be available for both Jikiden and Shinden styles to run concurrently with the Jodo seminar.
Grading for Jodo will be held on Friday 17th August up to and including 5th Dan

Venue
The University of Sussex near Brighton. There are 2 large Dojo with sprung floors available and every modern amenity. The seminars will start at 10am -12.30 and 2pm -4.30pm each day but registration will start at 9am Sunday for Iaido and 9am Wednesday for Jodo
Accommodation
Self-catering on the East Slope accommodation is available.
The East slope accommodation consist of:-
The choice of a 6 room flat at a cost of £25.00 per night per room consisting of twin rooms.

Or for £20.00 a night for a single room in a 6 room flat.
Seminar Costs
For both disciplines excluding accommodation.
For a single Discipline i.e. Jodo or Iaido the cost will be £75.00
For both disciplines i.e. Iaido and Jodo or Iaido plus Iaido Koryu the cost will be £140.00
For all overseas visitors only - All monies to be paid on arrival at the University Sports Centre.
