7. Acceptance of annual accounts for 2006.
Re-election of auditors, Danzig & Co.

8. That all EC members elected for a three year term of office should stand down at the end of that term. In the event that no proposal is made to fill the post, the EC shall have the power to co-opt the retiring member for a three year period. Prop. G. Salmon [177] Sec. E. Schofield [158]

9. Constitution.
Proposals to set up a group to rewrite the constitution: [Please see attached Document]

1. That a working be set up to examine the constitution matter and develop and deliver a new constitution to be agreed by the BKA membership within the timescales specified.
2. That the working group consists of two members from each Bu.
3. That the working group is chaired by Errol Blake Prop. M. Goodwin [2659] Sec. C. Mansfield [240].
