Hardshipfund update.
Dear Iaido and Jodo members,
Attached is a proposal to use some of the Bu’s reserves to help BKA members with limited incomes purchase their
first sets of equipment. This is primarily but not exclusively aimed at Students but all applications would be considered. The method by which this would work is set out in the attached documents. We have also with the aid of a contract lawyer drawn up a contract that would form the agreement between the applicant and the BKA.
We would welcome any member feedback negative and positive before we put the proposal to the Iaido and Jodo Bu executive committees at the beginning of March. The deadline for any responses should therefore be 5th March.
